Tanya

Tanya O'Brien is a fitness professional with 15 years of experience focused on creating positive lifestyle habits for her clients. As a Collegiate Athlete and Health and Physical Education major at University of Lynchburg, Tanya developed a passion for physical fitness and overall wellness. She continued her education earning a degree at Bridgewater State University in Physical Education with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning, all the while interning at Wellesley College and competing on the Olympic Lifting team.

Certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness Tanya leverages a unique blend of corrective exercise and strength and conditioning to help her clients achieve their pain management goals as quickly as possible. Tanya takes pride in continuing education and staying current in the fitness field as she understands this is what it takes to qualify as an elite trainer. Always a student in the fitness industry, Tanya is consistently researching new techniques to help elevate her clients to become the best versions of them both inside and out.
