Rory

Rory Connors is a Boston-based Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, coach, and competitor specializing in No-Gi Grappling. As the son of Head Instructor John Connors, Rory began training in 2016 and quickly rose through the ranks, earning his black belt in December 2024, shortly after becoming a Brown Belt World Champion.

Rory coaches kids and adults in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, offering private lessons and group classes. His expertise in No-Gi Grappling makes him a valuable resource for students looking to improve their skills in this area.

Rory is available for one on one training. He is based out of Connors Mixed Martial Arts in Norwood, MA. Although his schedule is extremely busy, Rory is willing to travel to surrounding areas to train groups of 2 or more. For more information on Rory’s availability, please contact us.
