About

Molly

Endlessly fascinated by the impact that nutrition and lifestyle have on health and wellbeing, Molly Hentz is a nutritionist and yoga teacher who helps clients feel their best through food, movement, and sustainable habits. Guided by the belief that when we know better, we do better—and ultimately feel better—she combines science and mindfulness to create personalized strategies that foster strength, balance, and vibrant health.

Over the past eight years, Molly has supported clients in achieving sustainable weight loss and in managing conditions such as high blood pressure, acid reflux, PCOS, SIBO, and disordered eating, including binge eating disorder. She graduated from Wake Forest University and holds a master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Studies from NYU, along with certifications in health coaching and behavior change. Her comprehensive approach weaves together customized meal planning, accountability, and practical tools to transform relationships with food in ways that are purposeful, sustainable, and fun.
