Elise Cloutier brings a lifetime of passion, discipline, and expertise to the field—both as a high-level athlete and as a dedicated coach. A four-year NCAA Division III starter, Elise also competed internationally as an FA Cup player in the UK and played semi-professionally with the RI Reds in the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL).
Her coaching career is equally impressive. She has led Roger Williams University to a CCC League Championship, served as Head Coach at UMASS Dartmouth for four years, and held prestigious roles as Head Coach with both the Boston Breakers Academy and LFC/Seacoast.
Elise is a mom of three and a Pre & Post Natal certified trainer who helps women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. Her customized programs rebuild strength, restore energy, and help moms move without pain, so they can feel capable, confident, and unstoppable in every season of life.
