“Success in personal training is based on determination, respect, empathy, accountability and management. These are the foundations for building relationships with your clients, which ultimately dictates your success in our field."
Albert first started his marketing experience with a simple paper route. Approaching fellow children with an offer to buy their paper routes and creating what his manager called a “mega route”. Albert was eventually able to negotiate a higher income from the newspaper, while establishing excellent relationships with his customers. As a teenager Albert paid his way through all 4 years of his private high school by working first at Dunkin Donuts, then as a producer at a local radio station. Albert was hired as a classified ad director at the age of 19, and eventually was promoted to Sr. Account Executive for The Onion newspaper before the age of 21. After being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, Albert decided to move his career to the world of fitness. As a trainer, and eventually becoming the Master Trainer of all Boston Sports Clubs, Albert was able to become the top personal training revenue leader of all time for all 19 gyms in the chain. With over 31,000 sessions and over 8,000 virtual sessions Albert has now branched out to other trainers to help them succeed. At his private studio gym, Albert remains training 6 days a week, and enjoys every minute of it. Albert remains diligent and proud with his client’s fitness success, some of which have been training with him for over 20 years.
