Albert is amazing!!! I signed up my 13 y/o son to work with him because my son has been going to the gym and lifting weights with his buddies, and I was terrified he was going to injure himself without the proper training. Albert connected with him immediately, has a really engaging personality, and is able to get my teenage son with ADD to lock right in.
