About Tanya

As a collegiate athlete and Health and Physical Education major at Lynchburg University, Tanya O’Brien developed a passion for physical fitness and overall wellness. Tanya completed her graduate degree at Bridgewater State University in Physical Education with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. While accomplishing her education goals, Tanya was able to intern at Wellesley College while competing on an Olympic Lifting team. Tanya continues to be an encouraging and energetic fitness professional, that is focused on creating positive lifestyle habits.
