Suzy McNall became interested in health and fitness at a young age. She began working with Albert Samano, Master Trainer, at 14 years old. Throughout her teens and early 20’s, Suzy was drawn to Barre. Barre is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Suzy has completed 4 training courses in Barre, and has taught for over 3 years. Working with people to help them reach their full potential, and feel their best on a daily basis is a passion for Suzy.
Exercise can truly be the best part of a person’s day and can be a break from the daily stresses of life, while making one stronger in body, mind and spirit.
