A lifelong athlete, Samantha first tried hot yoga as a teenager, seeking a way to become stronger and more flexible to compete in ice hockey. Sam returned to yoga asana, breathwork and meditation as an adult. She found not only the physical benefits, but also the benefits of being more present on and off the mat. Sam has earned her 200hr hour yoga certification as well as a kids yoga certification through Kid Asana. Samantha is well known for her clear precise cueing that enables you to flow with your eyes closed (if you choose) while emphasizing alignment throughout the class.
